Happy Halloween Everybody

Boy don't these 4 fellows look scary? I bet you're really afraid of me the most huh! We'll it is Halloween and we're hoping for lots of trick-or-treaters tonight. But we have a really, really scary ghost at our house, so I'm not sure how many kids will come. I would be so afraid if I saw that think. Thank goodness mom and dad put it outside so it's not in the house with me. I'd have to tear it from limb to limb if it tried to frighten me.

Well mom has to get to work and you know I use her fingers to put out this blog sooooooo. Have a Happy Halloween and talk to you all soon.

Good night Joyce and all my other friends

Another Tired, Hard Working Day

Do you see how tired I am?
While mom was at work today, sitting in her cushy little chair, Dad and I were out working in the yard. Painting the house, cleaning up the yard and getting ready for winter. You know painting the trim on the house and the storage shed is not easy....Besides why did I have to paint the storage shed when I'm not allowed to store any of my toys in there. I've heard mom has some stupid stroller in there in case she wants to walk more than my little legs will carry me. I guess I'm gonna have to sit in it like a little girly dog. That will NEVER happen.
And this last weekend. I was exhausted after mom's stamp camp.
But all in all, I love living with my mom and dad, it's a real adventure. I'm giving them time to get used to the fact they need to do what I tell them to and when I want something, I want it.

So everybody. It's time for mom to get me to bed so she can rub my belly

Love you all, sleep tight and BLESSINGS.

Finally Mom's Letting Me Talk a Few Minutes

Hi Everybody
Sorry it's been so LOOOOOONG since I've gotten to talk to you. Mom's time is always busy, busy busy. I think she mostly doesn't want to correct my spelling, but I'm only 7 months old (almost 8) what does she expect?
But seriously I've been doing pretty good. You all know I graduated from Puppy Training 101 and I'm now in Puppy Training 201....but seriously puppy training 201 is really hard and I might not graduate. It's all this sit.....stay....park it....stop and really stop or you'll get hit by a car. I think I have that one figured out.

You know what mom just told me.....there is this really nice lady at work. her name is Joyce and she keeps asking about me. Well Joyce I am doing good. It's nice to know that somebody cares about how I'm doing. You know I'm only 7 months old but I've learned a lot so far, I've learned to almost always pee outside....I do sit when mom and dad tell me to and sometimes, I chew on hard things like shoes and boots because I'm still teething. I guess chewing on those items is strictly forbidden. How am I suppose to know these things. Mom gave me a stupid little chew toy and It's suppose to help? I've almost destroyed it and I'm still loosing teeth. Plus Joyce do you see the 2nd picture here. That's me getting ready to bite mom's toes, for teething purposes only, but sure enough that was a no no too. the 1st picture shows dad and me walking around Sand Creek.

Well my #1 fan. I gotta get going so I can get ready for mom and dad to take me for a walk. Love you Joyce and have a great day
Blessings and sleep tight

What's Up With This Chair?

Okay I ask you. Does this look like I'm checking out the chair or does it look like I'm eating the chair? I know I'm only checking it to make sure everything is okay so when dad sits down he won't hurt his little butt, but oh, no, mom and dad both think I'm eating it and forbid me to go near the bottom of the chair any more.

It's hard to be a helper dog when mom and dad doubt everything I do....but because I love them so much, I'm willing to watch over them and I kind of check out things when they're not looking....like what is an electrical socket? Why does the trash stay in a trash bag under the sink? And why do they lock me in the bedroom at night instead of letting me roam the house to guard them?

These are all important questions that need to be answered, but for the life of me, I can't get an answer out of them.

Please say a prayer for them, because they really need my help so much.

Have a great day and sleep tight tonight

Love you all

Stamp Camp Exhaustion

Well everybody mom and I had a stamp camp this weekend. And it's a good thing I was there to help her. She had those poor women cutting paper and taping it to this other sheet of paper, just working their poor fingers to the bone. And this was suppose to be a relaxing time for them. But the worst part was something mom called embossing powder. She used this powder called sugar and spice from Stampin' Up! and I sweat there were cookies in the house, and I looked and looked but couldn't find them anywhere. I think it was really a cruel trick and I was not happy. So when everybody left mom and I had a long talk and she sort of explained it to me. I'm not sure if I believed her, so I bit her toe really hard while we were playing. That will teach her huh!
Well everybody I got to get going. Mom is suppose to be working, and I gotta get some rest.
Love you all and blessing

I'm an ADD Dog

Hi Everybody
Well I think I am a very smart dog. I listen to mom and dad, and I even sleep by myself. But for some reason, mom thinks I have ADD which she says stands for Attention Dog Disorder. I say it stands for A Darling Dog. Please let us know what you think.....Hopefully I'll win.
This picture was taken a couple of days ago while Dad, Mom and me walked along Sand Creek. I'm sure it is a wonderful place, but for a 6 month old, it's really scary. There are snakes and everything,  Plus it's not easy protecting 2 people who just walk and talk and never pay attention to where they are going. You think at their age, they'd learn to pay attention so they don't hurt themselves

This weekend, mom is having her 2nd half of her stamp camp for this month. Last week was really fun, but I'm not sure how it works yet. Girls come and eat, and laugh and talk and make these cards that they think are so cute. The cards look kind of girlie to me, but I guess that's what they want.

And, now it's time to sleep, so sleep tight and blessings to everybody

Love you all

or you can call her if you have her phone no.

Back to School

What is it with mom and dad sending me to school for another 6 weeks. Don't they know I am already really smart? I know how to do all the important tasks in life, so I say this training has got to go.
Each week Mom comes home early and we get a lot of quality time. We play and play and play. Sometimes I get a little rough and she starts screaming like crazy. It just makes me play rougher. I kind of get to pay her back for sending me to that school.
Well I promise I'll write more later and add a photo but until then, blessings

I'm 6 Months Old Tomorrow

This is me celebrating early my 6 month birthday. I know everybody thinks I'm not old enough, but believe me, if I can graduate from Puppy Training 101 one day, and have 2 teeth pulled and be neutered the next, I'm old enough to have a drink every once in a while.
Tomorrow I promise I will be sober and be able to continue my daily classes with dad. He really just works me to death. It's train, train, train, Sit, Stay, Watch Me. Does he think I'm gonna forget those commands? I've only had them drilled into my head for the last 8 weeks. Before I was barely out of diapers and I didn't even have my first hair cut and I knew this stuff like the back of my paw.

But....I promise you I don't have a drinking problem. It's an empty bottle of water and I use it to chew on because I am still teething. And on top of that, you know how bad you feel the next day when you have been drinking too much. It's not a fun experience I've heard.

Well Blessings to Everybody and sleep tight

My First Week With Mom & Dad

 Well Hi Everybody.

I am so excited to finally get to talk to you without mom looking over my shoulder. The pictures above are of me when I first came to live with mom and dad. The toys in the top picture belonged to Sam the boy Dog. I hear he was really special so I'm grateful to get some of his special ones.  I do smell him on them, and I'm pretty sure he was a Bichon just like me. I think he had big teeth because some of them are really chewed up. He had a green frog that I can tell mom has sewn together quite a few times, but I like playing with it, so it's fine with me. I hope she doesn't just assume one day that she doesn't want to sew. She's really not that good to begin with, but I guess the bad sewing she does, keeps the stuffing in the toys and makes them more fun for me to play with.

The second picture is me sitting by my water dish with my tail in the water. Nobody told me I wasn't suppose to do that, but once mom got me up and out of the way, she cleaned out the bowl and got the germs out of there for me. You know dad won't let me have regular tap water, he insists that I get bottled water or Deep Rock. They want to make sure I stay healthy and I think pure water keeps my teeth white and strong too.

I continue to learn the do's and don't from mom and dad and will talk about the crazy training I'm going through soon. I guess there are a lot of things that little boy dogs aren't allowed to do. Believe me that list is a lot longer than the list of things I can do, but we'll talk about that next time.

Blessings to you and sleep tight

Love

My Story

Hi Everybody
How about this my very own blog and I"m only 6 months old. I'm so happy.  I  think it's time I started telling you my story, it's gonna be a journal of my life, my every thought, word and deed, and so we begin.

First, I am a Colorado native. I was born in Parker Colorado to Rozalita and Ranier. They were the best parents. Mom took really good care of me with a little help from Pam (pictured below with me) I think that's why I'm growing up to be such a good boy.
I was 4 months old when I came to live with my new parents Ric and Lynda. They are really a work in progress, so we'll see how things go.
Now it's getting late, so I'll wish you God's blessings and sleep tight

Love you all
